Northwest Baseball Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) ships orders within the United States using USPS and UPS.

We currently ship orders via:

Carrier selection is determined by package size, weight, destination, and service availability. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each order.
Processing Time

Orders are processed after full payment is received.

Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and whether the item is custom-made.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package dimensions, weight, and destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times provided by USPS or UPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Northwest Baseball Company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to USPS or UPS, risk of loss passes to the customer. Northwest Baseball Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to customer error.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes if UPS is required.
