2. Products & Services
Northwest Baseball Company sells baseball-related products, including but not limited to custom and non-custom wood baseball bats and accessories.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.
3. All Sales Final
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except at our sole discretion in cases of shipping damage or fulfillment error. By placing an order, you expressly agree to this policy.

4. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including model, size, specifications, and shipping information) are accurate before completing a purchase.
Northwest Baseball Company is not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout.
5. Custom Products
Custom products are made to customer specifications and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
Wood products naturally vary in grain, color, weight distribution, and appearance. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Northwest Baseball Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged during shipping or is incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of any resolution.
Any resolution (replacement or otherwise) is determined at our sole discretion.
9. Assumption of Risk
Baseball equipment can cause injury if used improperly. By purchasing and using our products, you assume all risks associated with their use.
Northwest Baseball Company is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwest Baseball Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, product names, images, text, and designs, is the property of Northwest Baseball Company and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
